You can't go wrong with this case.
I used the Griffin case on our original iPad 2 and this thing failed. Our original iPad 2 still worked great, but it's time for an upgrade. I didn't even have to think about which case to buy for the new iPad. I went back to the Griffin case and I have no regrets. It is very durable and worth every penny. It's an improvement over the old design as the transparent cover is easier to remove and clean. So far, the new iPad has been dropped several times without damaging the case.
