I like it that it's easy to send mails, set up multiple mailing lists, and have reports of the number of mails sent out from each list. The UI for the software leaves nothing to be desired, but it can sometimes go downhill when you try to do something that it doesn't provide directly. There are many email services out there, but this one is worth trying. - Free! I cannot think of anything that I dislike about it in particular, but you should try it if you haven't already!
