I'm a women's size 10 and my shoe size was a little big on the toes, even the socks. I would go down half a size if you wear good socks, maybe even down a size if you wear thin socks, but they can be tight. They seem to work great but there are no lines on the bottom to help you line up the boots evenly. And the spikes have to be tilted to the side a bit, which can be tricky. I was just trying to pair them with my husband's peleton boots. I would buy official Peloton spikes for a proper connection to the bike.
