Review on ๐Ÿฆถ OS1st AF7 Ankle Bracing Sleeve - Stabilize Weak Ankles, Assist with Instability & Inversion Sprains, Relieve Achilles Tendonitis by Martin Alvarez

Competent Free Ankle Support

I agree with other reviews that the sleeve runs small, with the caveat that the sizing guide on Revain doesn't match that on the packaging which was much more accurate! (Can't find the box to take a picture of at the moment, sorry) I'm an 11.5 year old male and took a chance to buy a large one and it ONLY barely slips on and off my leg . I really think XL would be too loose but if you are a size 12 definitely go for XL. The case itself is once comfortable and certainly offers significant support without being bulky or restrictive. My main problems were with Achilles tendinitis and with that common part of my ankle. I ran about 25-30 miles a week (anywhere from 3 to 12 miles) before developing ankle problems that almost completely disabled me. Weeks of relative rest, the sleeve is comfortable for me to run 3-5 miles a day, it only takes 24 hours to recover and there are almost no complaints. Yes I have to work harder to cover longer distances but the sleeve helps me get back on my feet.
