Although a bit difficult to put on, getting the right size for your ankle is often a problem. I started with size XL but it was too tight and felt like cutting off circulation. My feet were NEVER blue or purple, but it looked like it. So I switched to XXL and it was perfect (I have a size 13 foot).

My new OS 1st ankle brace is a miracle in a box! I suffered from Achilles tendonitis for about 6 weeks before I found this cuff. It immediately relieved the pressure on my Achilles tendon and using it helped my tendonitis to heal completely in about 10 days. I recommend using this sleeve, ice, rest and ankle lift and you will feel relief as well.

I love these ankle straps, they are very tight and comfortable. I have used them during Insanity and P90X training and what a relief to have them. Now I have less arthritis pain than before. These ankle wraps open my eyes and doors to keep going. This product changed my life and helped make my workouts more enjoyable.

Almost satisfied! I apologize in advance if the images are uncomfortable. The swelling in my ankles after running every day has decreased significantly and I hardly have any pain while running! I have had many sprains in both my ankles my whole life (56 years old) and lost a lot of stability in them and inflammation occurs almost daily and after using these sleeves I have improved a lot from day one. To be honest, I didn't even get a chance to really "test" the product. I bought a pair (L&R). Left for me, right for my wife. When ordering, I paid attention to the size grid and ordered accordingly. My ankle measures 10 inches in circumference at the described/intended location. My "typical" shoe size is 8 ½ - 9. This results in a "medium" orthotic size. Shoe size 8.5. I agree with other reviews that the sleeve runs small, with the caveat that the sizing guide on Revain doesn't match that on the packaging which was much more accurate!
