This is amazing! I've spent literally thousands of dollars on failed professional orthotics (to say the least) to find a way to support my feet and ankles. All the orthopedic support was counterproductive and made things even worse. I finally found a solution to my foot and upper body problems. A few years ago I discovered that the Xero shoes didn't support the foot. The Xero shoes were a big part of my decision as my feet didn't accept underfoot support. However, the ankles needed support, just not underfoot. So these ankle braces are an important part of my solution as the problem with my "feet" is actually the ankle straps. The ankle brace changed everything for me, from the collar to the upper body to chronic stress on the psoas. Thigh and psoas problems have drastically decreased once proper ankle support, rather than underfoot support, was developed. I wear them almost all day at work. They don't restrict movement at all, and since I no longer "protect" my ankles, they free up movement significantly. I ordered about 4 pairs to make sure I have them for a long time. With careful application, the service life of the cuff is 3-4 months. I have tried other ankle sleeves but none of them have degraded the lateral support they provide. Good product.
