I have had many pepper mills, some very expensive. They all have one thing in common: they don't last forever, no matter what the cost. I refused to buy expensive ones. This is my second Pepperbird Grinder. I ordered one a while back for grinding Himalayan salt. I liked it so much that I bought another one for grinding peppers. You really can't go wrong with this coffee grinder. It grinds well and seems strong. I like the size very much. It is not very heavy and does not fall over as easily as my old and tall coffee grinder. Adjustability is good, it's easy to fill and clean. I am very happy with this meat grinder. It does the job well and has cool modern style as a bonus. Good value for money so I recommend them!
