I need very little for work (wallet, keys, water bottle, extra robes etc.). This bag is the perfect size for all of this and more. So many different sized pockets keep everything in place. The side pockets are a little tight if you're trying to fit a large water bottle, but that's fine for standard-sized water bottles (refillable water bottles don't fit). This bag is holding up well so far and I love that it can be washed from the outside. It's washable but doesn't look like plastic. Great bag for the price. **Update: Took about a year before all bags ripped. I understand not to expect too much for the price but I hope it lasts longer**
