Excellent insulator, about 0.25 " thick
Eliminated the noise and made the car appear "firmer" when used with Godspeed 1.75" lowering springs. They lowered my car 1.5 inches instead of 1.75 but overall perfect would definitely recommend no issues with a 1995 Ford Mustang GT 5.0
