This card works great and is compatible with my docking station labeled USB 3.2. Both operate at a maximum speed of 10 Gb/s. I bought this card to use with a USB 3.2 SSD/HDD docking station. Due to the confusion surrounding USB specs like USB 3.0, USB 3.1, USB 3.1 Gen2, USB 3.2, USB 3.2x2, it's easy to get a card that doesn't really meet what you want. I could pay a little less for the card, but I'd rather pay a little more for 3.2 X2, which is 20 Gbps. The problem is not with this board, but with the labeling of USB products in general. I originally requested a refund on this card and canceled it. I decided to return it again but the return window ended 2 days ago! Disappointing but it was my fault.
