That I am primarily someone who is familiar with these things

I'm in a world where I've never written a review for a product I've never used. Due to my purchase of another Zelite knife I bought I have started replacing my old knives with Zelite knives as I consider them a superior product. I received two of my knives today and decided to write my review before using them. I have leftover chicken adobo that I want to add by chopping more veggies and this will be the start of my new adventure with these knives. If problems arise, I'll quickly write about them, although I don't see anything like it.
