Tip: Use a used hose as a funnel if you don't have a lid to prevent spills.4. Manually squeeze the hoses to remove air bubbles and allow the product to sink.5. Close or pinch anything you left open in step 1. Let the engine idle for 15 minutes. Very important, don't turn it up or accelerate, just let it go and look at the temperature. 6. FINALLY after 500 miles I drove the car with only distilled water and K&W 401224-6 FiberLock gasket. The bank says to take it out, I'm not up to 500 miles. You don't have to run them on the same day, just drive 500 miles. Flush the system and fill with fresh coolant. This works best in the summer because we only work with water and can freeze or cook if the heat is too high. I'm in Texas (90-100 degrees). I haven't had any problems as there is no coolant leaking and no antifreeze smell under the oil cap.
