Very happy with the pillow. I sleep on my side and back and was looking for a pillow that would really support my neck. Lots of other pillows give me a terribly painful neck spasm. So far this pillow is very comfortable and because of the shredded memory foam I can position it correctly and it still supports my head and neck. The only thing I didn't expect was that the standard size was smaller than I thought it would be. It's too small for my big bed. I will buy another one but this time in king size. I leave the standard size on the side of the bed I don't sleep on. I was also very surprised that for the first time (without my asking) the company emailed me instructions on how to use and care for the pillow. I was very happy about it. Overall a great purchase.
