I bought this for my brother for Christmas because he loves pancakes. He really likes making pancakes on it, but he's found a new (almost better) use for it. My family LOVES Mexican food so we use it as a tortilla warmer. Seriously changing the rules of the game. It's so easy, quick, and makes the tortillas perfect for burritos or whatever else you're making. If you don't reheat the tortilla before making a burrito, try it too. It changes the world. Definitely an excellent pancake, but it warms up the cake better.
