My Golden Retriever has been on the Blue Buffalo Basic diet for about 6 months and she is doing great. Until we ordered this meal through Revain. We couldn't understand why she didn't like it as much as if we bought the same food from PetSmart and Chewy.com. About 2 weeks later she got terrible diarrhea that wouldn't stop. We thought she was sick so we took her to the vet to have her checked for worms. The test came back negative. The vet gave her medication and canned medicated dog food, which stopped her explosive diarrhea almost immediately. We gradually switched her back to blue buffalo chow and her diarrhea returned after just a few days. In addition, her hair began to fall out and she developed a rash all over her stomach. Someone else here said they thought Revane was selling fake blue buffalo dog food and the same thing happened to their dog. (Diarrhea that eventually turns to clear mucus.) As soon as we added 2 and 2 together that it was this meal ordered through Revain, we immediately switched her meal yesterday. Our dog is getting better and better. I'm not saying Blue Buffalo is bad per se, but something is wrong with this feed we bought from Revain. I do not recommend anyone to buy this food through Revain if you love your dog.
