The service is reliable. I have no complaints about this product at all! I would recommend it 100%. It's easy to use and very user friendly. There are many features that can be used depending upon your needs or what you're trying to do. You will need someone who knows how to navigate through everything so they don't get lost but if you know where to look there isn't really any problems using this system. If anyone wants a computerized phone answering solution then earth bend should definitely be considered because it works great!
