Great Product and Incredible Business Process Outstanding!!!

The customer service is incredible! They are always willing to help or point you towards someone who can assist if they aren't around at that time (or don’t have access). We needed them because we had issues connecting our Cisco devices into certain applications/systems - which was driving us crazy. Within hours after contacting support via chat I got back several emails answering my questions one by ONE!! Amazing Service & Support. !! Honestly there really isn't anything bad about this…

This Phone Answering Software Is A Great Solution

The service is reliable. I have no complaints about this product at all! I would recommend it 100%. It's easy to use and very user friendly. There are many features that can be used depending upon your needs or what you're trying to do. You will need someone who knows how to navigate through everything so they don't get lost but if you know where to look there isn't really any problems using this system. If anyone wants a computerized phone answering solution then earth bend should definitely…

  • Very simple platform with minimal learning curve required even while setting up new accounts.
Cons
  • Sometimes customer support seems slow in responding back (or not) after submitting tickets
  • Not sure why certain emails end being routed thru spam sometimes
