The customer service is incredible! They are always willing to help or point you towards someone who can assist if they aren't around at that time (or don’t have access). We needed them because we had issues connecting our Cisco devices into certain applications/systems - which was driving us crazy. Within hours after contacting support via chat I got back several emails answering my questions one by ONE!! Amazing Service & Support. !! Honestly there really isn't anything bad about this product so far...we use it every day across all departments within multiple locations throughout Canada / USA etc....it's great when something goes wrong but even then Customer Care Team comes through like pros. !
