I recently purchased a Martelli Circular Knife. I also bought these replacement blades. I'm so glad I did. The supplied blade quickly became blunt. My fault as I am new to this cutter and had to practice a lot before being able to use it. I went to the Martelli website to watch a video on how to change the blade. Changing the blade is very easy. Now it really cuts like soft butter. I am very happy with this purchase.
