Review on Grab Green Natural Power Degreaser, Biodegradable, 🌿 Residue-Free, Streak-Free Finish, Fragrance-Free, 16 oz Bottle (3-Pack) by Sarah Greenwood

I have ordered this product several times. I use it on all our kitchen surfaces and love the light smell of it. However, the last order I received was different than the product I was used to. All 3 vials were opened and filled with a brownish liquid with white particles floating in it. Also, there was liquid in the atomizer that came with the kit, looks like it has been used before. I have emailed the customer support address listed on the Grab Green website but a week has passed and I have not received a reply so I will be returning it to Revain. In the photos you can see the color difference of my old bottle compared to the new batch. Update: I asked Revain to replace a bad batch and the second batch is bad too. None of the bottles in this batch were also sealed. My husband said the white stuff floating in it looked like egg shells, disgusting. I called GrabGreen support and they confirmed the bottles should be capped and the solution should be clear. They said that essential oils can discolor over time, leading us to believe these bottles are so old that not only did the solution turn brown, but the seal also deteriorated, which I see floating around in the bottles . GrebGreen thanked me for the information and said they would try to get the bad inventory out of Revain. However, I still have to ship two boxes of this stuff back via UPS, which is a problem if you live in a big city and don't have a car. I certainly won't risk ordering it again.
