The best thing about this software is that when I send an invoice my client receives them in pdf format so they don't have any problems opening/reading those files.

Sometimes there's some delay between sending out emails with attachments of all our work done until we receive feedback from clients, but most likely not because their end was good enough (they were able to open each file). We use these services frequently as well since many companies offer free trial versions before purchasing anything else.
