Screws and washers missing

The chairs would probably look good but all the screws, washers etc were loose and rolling around in the box. When assembling the boxes, a lot of pucks fell out of the box, so we ended up losing a lot of gear. Can you at least put screws in a bag or something? I will be returning the chairs as I don't want to deal with a replacement or anything like that.
