I've bought this since February 5th 2021. It was great, but the problem is only with the touchpad. It was so delicate. For example, I wanted to go upstairs, but the touchpad switched to a different function. But now it's even worse, after I charge the tablet and turn it on, the touchpad is fine but the keyboard doesn't work at all. I contacted Revain on May 10, 2021. They said the manufacturer would contact me within 3-5 business days to see how they could help. I hope they call me back and I hope they replace or refund my money.
