There seem to be a few reviews of liquid rubber here, although it is meant to be a primer that you apply before liquid rubber. This primer is the link between liquid rubber and the material you are applying it to. Don't skip this step. This review is about GROUND: I ordered a gallon (128 ounces) for my project (267 square feet) and ended up using about 1/3. This product reminds me of skim milk and is just as runny (but becomes clear after drying). It's NOT fat! My project was to renovate a balcony that already had a product that looked very much like liquid rubber. I used a pressure washer once and a blower a few days later to make sure there was no dust. I live near Seattle and did this project in early September. I used blue painters tape to mask off all the surrounding areas. I used a spirit level on the side and a pencil to draw lines on the posts because I wanted to make sure the bottom inch of the posts were sealed as well (I recommend using the blue masking tape within 12 hours of applying the liquid to remove rubber). I took mine off after about 4 hours because it was already dry). I used a regular brush to paint the edges as thick as possible everywhere, which is quite difficult because it's so fluid. I applied 2 layers, the second an hour after the first, because at a temperature of 70 degrees in direct sunlight it dries quite quickly. I then used a 3/8 batch roller to apply two coats to the rest of the area. This product is truly odorless. I was able to rinse the brush again for use. I applied it in the morning because I wanted to apply liquid rubber that same day. Instructions say to apply liquid rubber within 24 hours of applying the primer and before overnight if overnight dew is forecast. I would recommend doing this project in the summer.
