First, order one size smaller than the size stated in the order. I had to exchange mine for a smaller size even though my shoe size was in the plus size category. But other than that, these socks are awesome! I have poor circulation in my legs and feet so my feet get cold easily even though I live in Phoenix and every time I go north in the snow, or even just under 40 degrees, my feet get cold enough to hurt. I wore these socks every day on a trip to Iceland, Norway and Sweden in January and not only were my feet not cold, they were very warm. But not uncomfortably warm. You were perfect. I usually have to wear 3 layers of thick socks to even come close to how warm and comfortable they made my feet. I also wore winter boots most of the time so that probably helped. But I've never had to layer my socks, and it's very comfortable. Doesn't itch at all. These are my socks for the cold now!
