These gloves combined with 180 inch Mexican style bandages are properly put on[.] and now my hands are properly protected. I'm 6ft 2 in 165 and the 16oz gloves are great, I mainly use them for bag work. Gloves have Velcro fasteners that can be put on without outside help. The wrist guard does. The quality of the seams looks good so far, nothing sticks out and doesn't do what it shouldn't. Overall good boxing gloves at a great price.
