This is exactly what I was looking for. I chose the medium size. The coverage is perfect and the weight of the jacket is light enough that I'm already wearing it in central California in several 100+ degrees Fahrenheit while working outside. The jacket does an excellent job of protecting the arms, hands and neck. I love the thumb loops at the ends of the extra long sleeves that keep the jacket taut in my arms. I didn't need another sunscreen product on my arms because this feature works so well. I also appreciate that this jacket is great for indoor use. I also use them in a particularly cool air conditioned home which provides the perfect amount of insulation needed in that cold house Having said all I can't wait to use it for the purpose I originally bought it for ... I plan to wear it as a rash under my life jacket while I ride. b Riding the waves all summer long. I'm sure it will work perfectly.
