Excellent value for money. We were very skeptical about purchasing this faucet based on some of the reviews, but we're certainly glad we did. We thought it was worth a try for $30 and you can always return it. After we had to remove a '90s vanity to fix a shower leak, we found that the gaskets in our old faucet had dried out, causing water to leak everywhere. It's time for a new one. We were pleasantly surprised to find that all parts including the drain were included as advertised. A big advantage is that the faucet comes with water inlet valves. Since we have an old house we had to replace the rotary water valves with new quarter turn valves to connect the water supply hoses. never mind The instructions in the packaging did not match the item we ordered. They were somewhat helpful even though they laid out the main idea. Thanks to a few YouTube videos I managed to do it without any problems. I found removing our old faucet to be more difficult than installing the new one. We love how the modern handles match the drawers we have on our dressing table. The retractable pull-out drain is an amazing feature. This faucet has some serious water pressure! Living in California, we're used to the tightly regulated, low-flow water-saving valves that seem to come with every standard faucet. This one packs a punch and doesn't disappoint. We've had the faucet for about a month now and haven't noticed any leaks, broken parts, etc. We will definitely buy this faucet again and are seriously considering upgrading our other bathroom faucet to match.
