At first I loved it because it's cute, I can travel with it. It's NOT gray and purple like I ordered, it's not strong with three speeds, it has two speeds on and off. The heat is cold or hot. I don't have thick hair so it took a while. On the third use, a mouse came out of the engine with a horrible smell of burning. The curved handle dangles even when locked in place. Nozzles rotate and lock. Okay sure, but the locking position is at a 45 degree angle to where you would normally hold it on your comb and hair. It's so inconvenient to hold and use. I see pain in neck and shoulder after using it for too long. Not ergonomic at all. I'll send it back and keep looking.
