Exactly what I was looking for.
Actually it's 4 1/2. I was on a seemingly endless search for a tankini top to pair with boy shorts for a day in Atlantis. I know there will be photos so I need something cute but functional. This is fully compliant. I'm 5'9", 240, 38DD. I ordered both a 16 and 18 and ended up with an 18. 16 fit me fine but 18 gave me a little more length and a little more coverage for girls. As mentioned, no bones or REAL support I've found that tightening the straps seems to help, but it's the only thing holding him back from being a real star.
