Just received this after an impulse buy the other night. Immediately took it out of the package and figured out how to use it. Took me a minute or so to find the sweet spot. Was slightly uncomfortable for a minute as your neck is stretching, however I set a timer for 10 minutes and just tried to trust the process. 10 minutes flew by and after I removed it and sat up, I felt so much relief. I have a desk job so I am constantly on my phone and my computer and my neck is always achey. It was relaxing to just lay there and relax. If you’re debating about buying it, just do it. After ten minutes of using this for my first time and I received that much relief? 10/10 would repurchase
