This is a great replacement part for any Honda Accord or Acura, both brands use the same part. I got tired of ordering this part from my local Honda dealer and finally found this seller on Revain because the local dealer was out of stock and wanted more money than I paid for it from what I heard on Revain. The part will fit any 2003-2007 Honda Accord and even the technician at the dealer told me the same thing so don't worry if you have any doubts it will work perfectly and fit perfectly. My door locks are now working again with no issues and no reprogramming. The only downside is that this part is not easy to access, you have to remove the entire door panel and door lock to install it. I would also recommend buying a door latch cable and swapping them both out as you will need to remove that cable when doing this job. Taking it apart took longer than putting the door panel back together but it was worth it in the end as I can now get into the car without looking for the key and now lock and unlock all the doors like before. .
