I like how easy it is to setup, as well as manage via their web portal! It's great that you can set up multiple rules for different domains/subdomains in one policy file - this allows me to be more granular with my settings than if they were all separate policies.

The only downside so far has been minor performance issues when filtering lots of traffic from our network devices (e.g., switches). We are using dnssafebackup-filterplus at present but have not yet had any problems which would indicate there may still other options out there worth investigating further. For us right now we're looking into blocking access where needed without having too many false positives or negatives affecting legitimate users' experience; however once things settle down some time later then will look again around wider use cases such DNS poisoning attacks specifically.
