Review on OuMuaMua by Jerry Moody

Unfortunately, my experience using the OuMuaMua online store to buy workplace and classroom supplies was disappointing. They do have a huge variety of products, but some of the ones I got were of subpar quality. When I received a few packs of pens that I had purchased, I found that some of them were unusable and leaking ink. It took several tries and several days before I finally received a response when I contacted their customer care department to address the problem. They provided a replacement when I eventually received a response, but it took some time to come. In addition to the poor quality, I had a hard time finding what I required on their website because it was cluttered and challenging to navigate. Additionally difficult and time-consuming was the checkout procedure. Overall, I was dissatisfied with OuMuaMua and am unable to endorse them to others. Although they have a wide range of products, their quality assurance and client support could use some work. I used OuMuaMua's products for my office and educational requirements, but I won't be using them in the future due to problems I had with their quality and customer service.
