Works fine but spindle is not drilled properly
I just received the film, it works fine. However, the spindle that runs through the film roll is not drilled correctly. Retaining clip holes drilled 14 3/4" and 17 7/8". I called 1-800 and was told I would have to deal with them as it was purchased through Revain. All I wanted was to replace the spindle. The cutter itself is fine. I decided to give the spindle to my son who is more talented than me. I want to keep the cutter but don't want to worry about returning it. Just a message via Tablecraft's customer service department.
