Updated my previous review:. I am changing 1 star to 5. If I could give 10 I would. I wanted to wash the glasses before use so I put them in warm soapy water for a few minutes and then air dried - this was my fault and caused discoloration. You should simply wash your hands and dry them with a soft towel. I contacted the company and they did everything - very quick and detailed answers. They send me new glasses even though it was my fault. I can't wait to get them because they are great glasses. Just take good care of them. I will continue to be a customer and buy more products! I just received them and washed them before use - and the color is gone. Very very disappointed.
