Lens feels good, mounting plate doesn't wobble as others have said. The adapter I used to convert from a Canon lens to a Sony body found that the screws were loose. The valve clicks, but 30 seconds after removing the rear bolts (not fully tightened) I was able to remove the ball. It has themes to add filters. THAT WAS THE BIGGEST THING KEEPING ME FROM AN ORDER. This has an inner diameter of 55mm and the hood is screwed on from the outside. The lens hood also has a 72mm thread on the end and they wanted to add filters there too. The focus is a bit stiff, but it works as it should. I use this lens for filming and sometimes for photography.
