Great product but need improvements

The best part about interlink is that the support team is responsive and willing to solve any issue they receive from customers. They also provide good training and support for implementing new features. The cost of implementation could be better. I would only recommend them if you are looking to move your transactional data, order processing or customer service into the cloud with an ERP system like SAP, Oracle EBS. With cloud services you can save in time as well as money. I like that it's easy to use, especially for beginners. It is very customizable. I dislike that you can't do anything about missing dates if they are not in the database. Sometimes the site will glitch out and you'll lose all of your data. You should definitely try this software. Before we used Interlink, our database was incomplete due to manual entry errors. This software helped us fix those errors and also added a lot more information to the database than we had before.
