Great product but need improvements

The best part about interlink is that the support team is responsive and willing to solve any issue they receive from customers. They also provide good training and support for implementing new features. The cost of implementation could be better. I would only recommend them if you are looking to move your transactional data, order processing or customer service into the cloud with an ERP system like SAP, Oracle EBS. Great product & good customer service

i like that all of my inventory is automated, from stock levels down to itemizing sales orders as they are received in real time with no errors! I dislike having too many programs running at once so it's not user friendly when trying to do more than one thing. If you're looking for something really simple then this may be easy but if your wanting multiple features available out-of-the box without much setup or training - don't go here unless you can spend some extra money because there is a bit
