Well I had high hopes but it turned out to be a very poor design. Do not use if you cannot slide the brush all the way to the other side of the tube. The bristles are very stiff and can hardly be unscrewed once inserted into the tube. I stuck the small end into the tube, which was about the same size, and stretched the spring part of it, trying to get it to move in the opposite direction. It was a very long pipe so going all the way was impossible. The bristles are not suitable for something like that, they have to be very soft. I have another where the bristles are soft and easy to twist. I strongly advise against purchasing this product.
