My chinchilla loves this! However.

Pippin (my chinchilla) loves this house very much. He loves to climb upstairs and inside depending on the day and this is his favorite place to sleep! However, it is very difficult to keep clean as it is quite often covered in urine and feces. I run it on a mild cycle in cold water and let it air dry or I hand wash it and let it air dry and have only done it 3 times so far and it's falling apart unfortunately. He loves it so much I'll probably buy another one, I just wish it was more durable!
