I bought a 12" size for our growing Blue Heeler pup (13 weeks old). At her last visit to the vet (about 2.5 weeks ago) she was about 13lbs, now she's probably about 14 or 15lbs and we took her on a hike last weekend so I got a sweater! pull over. It's stretchy, and while it's snug now, it's not so tight that she can't grow into it a little. I think he will be at least another 5 pounds for her, give or take! Perfect for fall camping in Colorado when you're worried about getting your pup warm enough by the fire.
