When the Bluetooth arrived I was happy with my purchase, the battery lasted a long time and the reception was satisfactory. However, after less than 30 days I had a BIG problem: the rubber part that goes in the ear kinda started wearing out and falling out and guess where those parts ended up?!?! YES, in my ear. I ended up getting an ear infection and it wasn't comfortable at all. I contacted the seller about this problem and got no response at all. How can a material be so degradable in use, especially if someone catches their ear?!?! I'm not sure if that's a problem for everyone or if people don't realize that tires wear out so quickly. I took good care of my Bluetooth, I had a pocket to store it when not in use so it couldn't be thrown around or anything like that. I think you pay for what you get. Very disappointed! Now I know for sure I should stay away from Bluetooth which might be the same rubber material as the ear, it's better more secure with plastic.
