Review on πŸ—„οΈ Maximize Storage Space with Prepac Large Four-Sided Spinning Tower Storage Cabinet in Espresso by Bryan Turner

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Screws and other fittings appear to be of good quality. I believe

Overall I'm quite impressed with this media tower. The outer box was quite badly damaged when the boxes arrived, but I wasn't surprised given the heavy weight and unwieldy length of one of the boxes. However, I was pleasantly surprised that the inner protective packaging is enough to protect all parts from damage. The details have been well-done and the attractive laminate has been evenly applied, which is not always found in DIY furniture. Screws and other fittings appear to be of good quality. I think when I have time I will replace the lazy susan mechanism with one, designed to carry more weight. When the tower is full of CDs, it's a bit hard to turn and I think that's because the Lazy Susan has compression. I built this by myself in about an hour. I'm a fairly short woman in my 60's and despite the heavy weight and awkward length the construction wasn't physically demanding. The instructions weren't perfect. Even simple instructions like "assemble the pieces so that when viewed from above it looks like a pinwheel" would be much better than scattered instructions. But a little thought and logic took over, and the first time it turned out to be perfect. Fully built, it is attractive. All details are matched without gaps and irregularities. The espresso wood grain laminate flooring is actually quite pretty. It holds about 1000 CDs. I don't know how this is configured with other media. Remember that when it's full, it's very heavy. Make sure it is where you want to store it as it will be difficult to move.
