This is a great budget microphone for those who want to start recording. It has a very intuitive structure and is also quite easy to transport. Singers, however, be aware that if you want to do true belting you will need to turn down the volume on your computer, but this is true for almost all microphones. It works with my Macbook Air after I bought a cheap Sabrent USB External Stereo Sound Adapter for Windows and Mac. Plug and Play No drivers required. (AU-MMSA) In the attached video I sing "Burn" by Hamilton. Other than a very slight echo, no additional filters were applied via GarageBand to compensate for the fact that my recording room was acoustically dead at the time.
