equipment was missing in the first delivery. We contacted Revain and they sent replacement stools. Then one banged while my husband was sitting on it, almost smashing his face. I bought insurance for the chairs but after repeated attempts to contact the company they are not responding. Revain offered to replace them again but I would have had to eat $28 shipping! Forget it. A director, I refuse to give you more of my money. I prefer to buy new stools of better quality. They are too unstable for adults anyway. My kids are fine, but I feel like I'm in charge of my own life when I'm at the kitchen table!
