broke before I got out the door

This chain broke at the clasp the second time I tried it on. I think ok, defective product, I will replace it with no problem. nope It also broke right away, but on one of the connecting parts with rhinestones. I'm a skinny girl with a waist like 24/25 so I know for sure there's no way I overtightened the links etc. Don't waste your time, hope and money on this necklace; Just choose another heart with rhinestones.
