I was so excited about these sandals and couldn't wait for them to arrive. Unfortunately they don't work for me. I've had 2 pairs of reflexology sandals in my life and I absolutely love them! I had happy feet (beautiful but had to be worn with socks) and kenkoh (amazing). First, they have an amazing insole that is similar to the Kenkoh. However, since they are very large, the insole and reflex points do not line up properly. If they were true to size and fit the foot that would be great. I recommend buying from a store where you can try it on. I usually wear a size 7.5 and they were too big and a bit long. I didn't feel comfortable on the pedal either - not at all! I liked that they have a cushioned sole and arch support so I'm disappointed. If you're lucky, getting the right shape can be awesome! I'm back in Kenko
