Review on 🌡️ TOAUTO DS90 Station: Advanced Anti Static Temperature Control in °F by Tyler Cooley

This is a great value for a light hobby. If you are interested in this soldering station because you read it and liked its features, you will love it. Everything is approximately as advertised. What you might find after purchasing it is that it's fairly lightweight, and I mean that both figuratively and literally. First, the case is plastic. I don't like plastic, especially fusible ones, next to hot objects. As mentioned, the soldering iron gets very hot and it took a hit before it touched the case and left a scratch. Another issue is that since it's a corded product (which I like), the cord pulls on the station when you take it out of the cup. It would be a much, much better product if they just added the weight of the station. I would have preferred the case to be metal, but I would have settled for a lead weight in a plastic box to hold it in place. Otherwise it's a nice little set. It's good to have 5 extra tips of different sizes. As they say, it heats up quickly. Sponge and twisted steel tip are ok, small but ok. Bent steel does not always stay in the holder. Accessories are standard and "inexpensive" but I already have a lot of them.
