Hello everyone, I got the opportunity to use my new mixer. My old one the dog chewed off above (grrr) like one of the original Alis Opis blenders. This one is much lighter and a bit louder than my old one. There is no adjustment knob but I never used the one I had, I just set it to the highest speed and called it good so I didn't lose anything there. But since the thing is so much lighter than my old one, it's not so good for big bottles. . It handles small dropper bottles and cans of GW/Citidel paint so it handles what I use, probably most skaters use paint bottles. I think the most important thing here is that this is a good blender, especially for the price. Can't speak to its durability but given how it shakes and rattles I think it will break in about a year but we'll see. A great blender for the price, certainly good enough to understand why so many fig lovers swear they use a blender instead of just shaking the bottle.
